Sodicrom Eye Drops

Indication

This medicine is used in different allergic condition s like vernal keratoconjunctivitis , vernal conjunctivitis , giant papillary conjunctivitis , vernal keratitis, keratoconjunctivitis, blepharitis and blepharoconjunctivitis.

Dosage & Administration

Administer 1 drop into each eye 4 times daily or as prescribed by the doctor.
Elderly: There is no evidence to suggest that dosage alteration is required
for elderly patient.

Precautions

Patients should be advised not to wear soft contact lenses during treatment with Sodium Cromoglicate ophthalmic solution. The treatment should also be discontinued in the presence of an allergic reaction.

Pregnancy & Lactation
Pregnancy: There has been to date, no adequate and well controlled studies in pregnant women.

Lactation: It is not known whether this drug is excreted in human milk. Because many drugs are excreted in human milk, caution should be exercised when Sodium Cromoglicat e is administere d to a nursing woman.
